1. Content of consultation
We were asked if it would be possible to obtain a patent or utility model for a kick bike that does not have electric functions.

2. Solution
We considered acquiring rights related to the brake function of kick bikes, such as patents or utility models.
Kick bikes that do not have electric functions cannot be ridden on sidewalks according to the Road Traffic Act unless they have a brake function.
We talked about the demand for braking features on kick bikes.
We also proposed sustainability subsidies.

3. Conclusion
By proposing a sustainability subsidy and creating a foundation, we used this as a stepping stone to acquiring patents, utility model rights, etc. for kick bikes.
