　クライアントは、無線通信を用いた商品注文システムについて特許権を取得できないかを考えており、先行技術文献調査の依頼があった。

1. Content of consultation
The client was considering obtaining a patent for a product ordering system using wireless communication, and requested a search of prior art documents.

2.Solution
Using the Japan Patent Office’s “Patent Information Platform J-PlatPat” and Internet searches, we conducted a search of prior art documents regarding product ordering systems using wireless communication. As a result, multiple patent documents and publicly known examples related to similar product ordering systems were found. Therefore, it was explained that the product ordering system using wireless communication is not novel. Examples of prior art include product ordering systems that use wireless communication to reflect customer preferences and to notify customers of order wait times. Therefore, we proposed that novelty could be satisfied by providing the system with new functions that did not exist before.

3. Conclusion
