1. Content of the consultation
The client was considering developing a new machine part product, and wanted to know what similar technologies were currently available, so he consulted with our firm.
2. Solution
We conducted a prior art literature search using the Japan Patent Office’s patent information platform J-PlatPat. As a result, several companies had obtained patent rights or filed patent applications to solve similar issues. We compiled a list of these documents and provided it to the client.
