1. Content of the consultation
The client wanted to obtain a patent for a newly developed measurement system and consulted with us.
2. Solution
As a result of a prior art search on the Japan Patent Office’s patent information platform J-PlatPat, it was determined that the measurement system in question was novel and inventive. Therefore, based on multiple examples, we created the scope of claims, specification, and drawings and filed a patent application.
